Pricing

Pricing built around your project.

No fixed public package and no per-unit pricing. RegalScene scopes and quotes each project on what needs to be delivered and operated, from a single tower to several developments.

How pricing works

What a project quote is made of.

  • One-time

    Implementation and onboarding

Project setup, asset preparation, mapping, inventory, branding and launch support.

  • Recurring

    Platform subscription

The live experience and the platform behind it: hosting, security, updates, the admin console and support.

  • Scoped

    Capabilities and integrations

What the project calls for: interactive 3D, a second language, custom integrations, governance requirements.

  • As you grow

    Expansion

New phases, towers and developments, scoped as they come and published into the experience you already have.

No fixed public package. No per-unit pricing.

Every project includes

The whole journey, from the masterplan to the lead.

Whatever the scope, buyers move from the development to the unit and enquire, and your team receives the lead with its context. RegalScene builds, hosts and supports it with you.

  1. Masterplan

    The whole development in context.

  2. Project

Each project with its buildings and amenities.

  3. Tower

Every unit on the building, by status.

  4. Unit

    Layout, details and current availability.

  5. Enquiry

    Made from the unit itself.

  6. Lead

Arrives with the unit and the source.

  7. Lead view

The buyer's steps from that visit.

The views we build

  • Master plan
  • Building

  • 360°
  • Interactive 3D

Which views a development needs is scoped with you. It is not a price list.

What shapes your quote.

The questions we work through with you. No single one of them sets the price on its own.

Project complexity
A single tower, a villa community, a mixed-use scheme, a township, or several phases.
Number of developments
One development, or several running together.
Interactive views
Which views the buyer journey needs, from location to interactive 3D.
Asset readiness
Master plans, floor plans, renders, 360 media and unit data: ready to publish, or needing preparation.
3D requirements
Interactive 3D models, their production and optimisation, and the infrastructure they run on.
Custom integrations
Connections to systems you already run, assessed and scoped separately.
Sales channels
Your website, campaign pages, agency sites, referral links, QR codes, roadshows and galleries.
Languages
English plus one second language per project, including Arabic with full right-to-left.

Support
How your teams run the platform day to day, and the support behind them.

In practice

Three scopes. Examples, not packages.

  • Single development

One tower, villa community, commercial building or individual development, sold from its own experience.

  • Several developments

Several developments in one RegalScene environment, each with its own experience, inventory and availability.

  • Enterprise

Larger developers who need integrations, governance, analytics and deployment across a wider sales network.

Pricing FAQ

Common questions.

Comparing options?

How much does a virtual sales gallery cost?
How is RegalScene pricing structured?

Pricing is scoped around the project. An engagement is usually made up of a one-time implementation and onboarding, a recurring platform subscription, any scoped capabilities and integrations the project calls for, and further scope as you add phases or developments. We work through your requirements with you and then prepare a written scope and a commercial proposal specific to the development.

Do you publish fixed packages?

No. A single tower, a township and several developments running together differ too much in structure, requirements and operating needs for a fixed package to describe any of them well. Each project is scoped and quoted against what will actually be delivered and operated.

Do you charge per unit?

No. Inventory size does not set the price. A development with 1,500 units is not automatically quoted above one with 200, because the number of records behind an experience is not what determines the work of building and running it.

What information do you need to prepare a quote?

The development structure, roughly how large it is, the visual assets that exist today, where you want the experience used, and anything it has to connect to. If some of that is not settled yet, say so. The scoping conversation exists to work it out.

How long does a quote take?

For a straightforward single development, usually within a few working days of the scoping conversation. Several developments, unusual asset conditions, 3D production and integration work take longer because there is more to establish.

How do 3D and integrations affect the scope?

Both are scoped with the project rather than assumed. Interactive 3D carries its own production, optimisation and infrastructure requirements, and any custom integration depends on the systems involved and is assessed separately. Where a project needs neither, neither is scoped.

What if our assets aren't ready?

That is a normal starting point and part of what we scope. RegalScene works from the assets developers already have: master plans, floor plans, renders, 360 media, unit schedules. Where something needs preparation, that becomes part of the implementation scope rather than a surprise later.

Who builds the experience, us or you?

RegalScene builds, maps and publishes it, and your team runs the sales operation through the finished result: inventory, availability, leads, campaigns and agency distribution. Where an organisation wants its own teams authoring directly, that is available to enterprise accounts and scoped with the project.

Can we update inventory and availability ourselves?

Yes. Unit availability, pricing and inventory data are managed by your team, including CSV import, without going back to us for each change.
